Today, I wanted to add to the first review I wrote but was unable to because I already submitted that first one and I guess only one is allowed per person (so I'm using a different email login to get in). I had emailed to Naot and I found out from the customer rep that the older clerk's comment that my sister heard (about being sure we didn't switch the shoes) was a misunderstanding. Apparently, she believes the clerk was worried that we would have the wrong shoes in the boxes and buy the wrong ones by accident. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. And since I liked the shoes, I may go again to buy in the future. Read more
