I will never get glasses from here again paid 1,060.00 for junk paid 100.00 for the good lenses but I know I got the cheaper lenses on 2nd pair got the wrong frames & we’re junk lenses fell out a few times both pairs lenses scratched so easily staff were bad not friendly just a bad deal. I have dealt with Factory Op for 30 years never had any issues with the other stores on Victoria Ave & on Quantz St. great staff and prices good quality but North no good. Don’t know if I will shop here again.
I was in your store on Saturday. The staff were talking about other staff in a horrible manner that was neither professional or humane. I was shocked that people talk about others in such a way, addressing from their clothes to the way they speak and more. Although I really like the eye doctor and will continue to see him I will not purchase glasses at this location.
We have shopped at this store for a number of years..we have always been happy with the service..until this time!! Very poor customer service..not very friendly and definitely NOT efficient!!
Went there to get contacts for the first time. My experience was horrible. The man who does the contacts lenses there was terrible, not helpful with my first time using contacts, rude and had a very disrespectful tone. Would NOT recommend this place.
I bought prescription glasses with additional warranty. My son broke nose pads and claimed for to get repaired. After stuff called me and said that RayBan didn't cover your glasses, they want to see broken part. I told her that is not partpart of my warranty, also when you sold this warranty to me you said if something happens just bring your glasses that's all. You didn't give this information. She said on the phone sorry we didn't know this condition either. Unbelievable and they didn't fix it
