absolutely the worst service, Waited for 6 days. When he showed up he just left without checking the model #. Before he ran out the door he mentioned the lady at the office would contact me with a time for 2 service men to return to fix the item. Waited for the call and was finally told they were not going to service the item. Mentioned I have a disability and cannot move the item. was then told rudely that they cannot help me even with 2 repair men. thanks for nothing neighbor.

I called with what I thought would be a big problem with my furnace. The technician came after hours and fixed my problem THAT night. Great service!

Cant say enough good things about this company. Weve dealt with them for many many years . Never had a problem with them. Theyre reliable and the technician weve dealt with all these years has never let us down. Is always prompt and fixes what needs to be fixed. Will be using them for many many more years....Bridget

A simple job of installing an ice maker into a fridge the company sent 2 plumbers and those 2 plumbers went off to Rona for a part. I was charged 2 plumbers x 2 hours. Almost $400 for a simple job where water was even right beside the fridge. Feel taken advantage of for sure! Beware before hiring this company for a simple job!
