Your driver was driving dangerously by following too closely in a subdivision and when brake checked (for a reason obviously) didn’t like it and confronted me then came back and cursed and called me names. He knows he was wrong or wouldn’t have identified the “brake check” and came back for more confrontation in a subdivision late at night. Chose a 1 star rating as default, won’t let let me choose no stars or negative stars.

This company is excellent, I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tow. Ecspecially in a car accident. I had an accident and the tow driver was there telling me everything I needed to here and he helped with the whole situation and gave me great pointers and was able to calm me down when I was on the verge of losing it. They literally go the extra mile to help you. Great customer service and take the meaning literally that they work with you. Call them and have an enjoyable experience.

The drivers are reckless, speeding and disrespectful. The company does not take complaints well and will call you vulgar names while he tries to defend his driver. I control a fleet of vehicles and would never, ever use this Merchant again.
