This is the only place to go in Vancouver area for real Fish and Chips. Chips are golden brown and crispy! Halibut is like a chicken breast; covered in homemade batter that is nicely done.
I find their Malt Vinegar to be a great flavour; some other Fish and Chips outlets serve a cider vinegar which in my estimation just does not 'cut it':.

I don't think you can go wrong with that place. I went there for my birthday, best service I had and how great to enjoy the melody of the piano in the background. The take out / pick-up service is most convenient when you're short for time, but have dinner and a movie planned at home. I liked the décor, the friendly staff & owners.I ordered the Salmon & Chips (fish & chips made with Salmon instead of Cod or Halibut, which they also had). The Salmon was Wild, & delicious. They have specials & Seniors day, which is nice. This was my second time here. The 1st time I took out of town guests from Okanagan who used to live on West Coast of Vancouver Island. The one request they made for when I was taking them out to dinner was fresh seafood. They loved it. I definitely will return.
