The Hound Lounge has been a life saver for us and our wild puppy Wally! She always has an amazing time and comes home exhausted from a full day fun with her friends. She can be very energetic and unfortunately she tore her pad from running around the first time she there. After speaking with the team they were very responsive and have since always assured me they will be on top of her and help her to calm down when she gets a wee bit wild. she has never had a that problem again! Such a wonderful clinic! It’s so nice to go somewhere that really knows exotic pets. The entire place feels like a big, happy family. We took our dog here after he got into some mouse poison when we first moved into our new cottage. Once we brought him there they did a full check on him and the mouse poison, determined that the specific type wasn't as harmful to dogs as to rodents. He turned out to be fine. But these veterinarians were the most friendly and caring I have dealt with and treated our little guy with so much love. We felt very comfortable with him in their hands. Read more

Viv is a fabulas,passionate and a deadicated care giver to my 4 pooches. They were well cared for,well nourished, walked and entertained while I was away for university reunuion in NYC. The dogs thrived and actually looked for her for few days after she left. Her in house overnight prices are competative with all inclusive rates for special diet meals,meds or grooming.
