Mama's Place is honestly the best pizza place anyone could look for. The service is amazing, with friendly waitresses, and a home-like feeling ambience. Not only the look of the place was amazing, but also the food.
I have to say that the pizza is the best you will ever taste, crust is not to thin, or thick. Soft in the inside and crunchy on the outside. There is no dripping grease, lot's of cheese and everything taste fresh!
I haven't tried all of there food ofcourse, but I am positive that they are just as deliciouse as the Pizza. Just put it as simply amazing.
I would go there again, but sadly, I live hours away, just stopped in Almonte with my wife and one of our friends recommened Mama's Place, and we loved it!

Went to this restaurant after watching "You Gotta Eat Here", was our first Poutine ever and it was quite delicious. I ate a fabulous sandwich and my sister said her sandwich was the best vegetarian sandwich she ever had.
Desserts looked really appealing but were not as amazing as we expected.
I think is a little overpriced, the first night we went, four entrees - four drinks was almost $90. Second time around one entree, four desserts and water $63.

Since I was a little kid this has been a go to place for take out pizza. Had left town for almost 10 years and came back to find my favorite pizza place just as I had left it. I can confirm that those that have the negative reviews on here are absolutely ignorant. This place has been a mom and pop shop since they opened back in their hay day.
