Excellent and timely service. We had a major leak in our basement. Our house was on the market for sale when this happened. John came to rescue right away and made arrangements to have it fixed within 24 hours, although they were very busy. It is very hard to find such degree of professionalism and compassion. He came over to give us an estimate, and after having 2 other contractors say they had to replace the entire ceiling, Brian was confident he could repair it and save us a lot of time, mess, and money.
