Guys, Stay away from this building. The only way to save that place is to burn it to the ground. Full of bugs and cockroaches,All the aisles smell like sewer (shit). Bad Management, No maintenance. Don't waste your money and your time.

I recently moved here, and I love it. Administration people are charming and always available. I have a breathtaking view which brings my review to a 5 star. The building is in the perfect location according to universities, busses, and downtown. The parking levels are a bit creepy but nothing to be scared of. I am living beside the elevators and have never heard a noise! I had to do a big clean-up when I got here, but there are no bugs or what's so ever. I hope it helps!

I just moved in to 170 Less Ave. The building is 20 more years old. Some reviews said there is bed bugs and roaches in the building but I haven't find in my unit. Looks everything is fine for now. The lady who works for the leasing office is really friendly and helpful, and the staffs are work hard to assist tenants. I am appreciate for their help, which is why I give 4 stars.

I think Carolyn needs to be tough because there are some tenants that just have no respect for their neighbours. The staff have been helpful and sometimes funny so far. Im not going anywhere. I am definitely not good with the people who are either parting or fighting down the hall from me all the time. There are always loosers like this everywhere. Im satisfied besides the crazy neighbours. Im sure they wont last long.

Carolyn is a horrible person. She’s mean to staff and tenants. She’s accused me of owing money when she just needed to do her job properly and put my online payment in. She’s not professional at all and has such an attitude. I’ve seen her harass my neighbors to the point that they move. It’s a revolving door of employees.i liked Izabel. She was a great help and was so nice. Her son was so cute when I’d see him. She would help me when Carolyn decided what her hours were. shes Gone and so’s hope
