We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Hayward Healthy Home Solutions. In November, our heat pump started making a loud noise, so we contacted them for a repair. Although we knew the exact part required, it took two weeks for a technician to arrive. When he did, he didn’t have the part with him. Instead, he stuffed a rag into the unit as a temporary fix and left to order the part. Two weeks later, he returned — still without the part. After another two-week delay, the

They sold me an extended warranty and did not register it. After 31 months one of the units had to be repaired and the owner tried every excuse in the book to not service the unit under warranty. A business that pockets the money you pay them for a third party warranty is not a business worth dealing with.
